Pride Health is looking for a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) who has experience in a hospital setting. This a 3 month contract position.
Job Duties:
- Implements the comprehensive plan of care by providing direct nursing care within a shift for individual patients.
- Initiates Interdisciplinary Plan of Care or Guidelines assists the Patient Care Coordinator in devising a comprehensive plan of care and evaluates patient responses to implemented care.
- Assists patients in achieving their long-term goals by establishing and meeting short-term goals and providing education to meet their discharge needs.
Schedule:
- 5x8, Days
Qualifications:
- Clean and Active Wisconsin RN License
- 2 years of M/S, TELE experience
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS
- American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS
Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $1,162.00 per week
